The US House has passed a package of bills that address the growing issue of sex trafficking in the country.

South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem sponsored or co-sponsored the legislation…

 

The bills would go after those who exploit others for sex trafficking, and help victims of that practice.

Noem says she thinks there is support in the Senate for a similar package…

 

Noem said the best way to end the practice is to raise awareness among law enforcement, educators and parents.
