Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse is urging President Trump to adopt a two-step strategy in repealing and replacing Obamacare.  He is asking the president to call on Congress to immediately repeal as much of Obamacare as possible under Congressional Budget reconciliation.  He says that way no one will lose coverage immediately.

Sasse says those Republicans who voted back in 2015 to repeal Obamacare and now are back peddling need to do some explaining.

Sasse is then asking that the August recess be canceled and then work around the clock so come up with a workable plan by Labor Day.  he says promises were made to Americans that they would have affordable and portable health care.
