Nebraska Unicameral’s Executive Board Pushes for Ouster of  Senator

State Senator Bill Kintner questions the motivation of some members of the Unicameral’s Executive Board, which has asked him to resign


But Speaker Galen Hadley says the unanimous decision by the board demonstrates the action isn’t personal or political


If Kintner doesn’t resign by Friday, the Executive Board will consider disciplinary action against Kintner for using his official laptop to engage in cybersex.
