Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer says it is time for the Senate to debate health care.

Fischer, a Republican, says she wants to see the body debate the revised bill released by Republican leadership. . .

Revisions have been made by leadership, such as adding 70(B)Billion dollars more for states to help reduce health insurance premiums.

Fischer says under the newest proposal, it appears states which didn’t expand Medicaid would be impacted the least. . .

The revised measure would make fixed payments to states to pay for Medicaid.

It would allow basic health insurance to be sold and would provide tax breaks to purchase catastrophic plans.
