The U-S Senate met on Tuesday to listen to testimony regarding cattle marketing practices.  Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer, a co-author of the bill being discussed, informed her colleagues what the cattle industry means to her state.  She says cattle producers are feeling intimidated by the meat packing industry and are afraid to speak out against the meat packers practices for fear of retribution.
