The U.S. Senate is expected to turn its attention to tax reform now that the health care debate has stalled. Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley isn’t sure if the repeal of the estate tax will be part of that final reform package, but supports it as do many of his colleagues.

He says there are several reasons why the estate tax should be done away with and one of those is that the tax hurts those just starting to farm or ranch.

Grassley says another reason to repeal the death tax is its unfair impact on both small businesses and agriculture.
