Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer says she is waiting to see what emerges from the House before commenting on a proposal to replace the Affordable Care Act.

Fischer, though, does say the ACA must be replaced. . .

But, she does say any plan must contain at least three provisions:  coverage of pre-existing conditions…an end to lifetime caps…and a provision to allow children to remain on their parent’s plan until they turn 26. . .

Fischer says Obamacare is collapsing on itself and must be replaced.
