Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse was one of President-Elect Donald Trump’s earliest critics.  The tables have turned a bit and now Sasse is now the one getting criticism from Trump supporters.  Some of that criticism is directed at his ability to win another election.  Sasse isn’t bothered by those comments.

Sasse says he gets a lot of good, positive feedback because he doesn’t wear “one political jersey” over another and is doing his job of preserving and protecting the US Constitution.

Sasse says he is in Washington to do a job and is proud to serve Nebraskans.
