The Minnesota Association of Realtors’ monthly housing report shows it is still a seller’s market in the state. The median sales price rose nearly ten percent in March and new listings were down almost 12 percent. C-E-O Chris Galler says there just isn’t enough inventory in the marketplace
Closed sales fell about five percent last month while pending sales were off more than nine percent. Sellers are getting 97 percent of the original price and sometimes even more than the listed price.
