The search process is underway for the Chief Executive Officers position at the American Soybean Association. That’s after Steve Censky left to become Deputy Secretary of Agriculture. ASA President Ron Moore says they’re early in the process and will take applications up until next month.
He says they’ve hired a company to help them weed out the candidates prior to the interview process.
Moore says the ASA Governing Committee and the Search Firm will each conduct interviews.
Moore says they have no specific timeline for naming a new CEO. He says they don’t want to hurry the process but they don’t want to drag their feet either.
