SDSU Women Beat Old Rival

Macy Miller and Madison Guebert led the South Dakota State women’s basketball team(7-1) to an 83-72 win at North Dakota Tuesday night in a nonleague game front of 1,448 fans in the Betty Engelstad Sports Center.

Miller led all scorers with 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field and 8-of-9 shooting from the free-throw line. Guebert tallied 25 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field, including sinking 6 of 12 3-pointers. Ellie Thompson was the other Jackrabbit in double digits with 12 points and a game-high 8 rebounds.

Fallyn Freije led North Dakota (2-5) with 14 points and 8 rebounds.
