SDSU to Help Fund Animal Disease Research Lab

Updating and expanding the Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Lab in Brookings will be a priority next year.
South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard is expected to include some state funding for the lab in his budget proposal.
South Dakota State University President Barry Dunn says it is a cooperative facility…..

Dunn says the lab is too small, and outdated…..

Dunn says the University will also contribute dollars to the project…..

If the money can be found, the upgrades could begin next summer.
