The South Dakota Board of Regents has laid out a “back to normal” plan for the six state universities for this fall.

Dunn says they have worked hard to keep people safe and provide the best education during the pandemic….

The first semester was shortened with a longer holiday break before the start of the spring semester. An in-person graduation is scheduled for May.
