An exhibition basketball doubleheader featuring the South Dakota State University women’s and men’s teams will take place Thursday night in Brookings.

The women will take on Northern State in a 6 p.m. tipoff at Frost Arena. The Jackrabbit men will follow in a game against South Dakota School Of Mines.

Both games can be heard on 570 WNAX.

The SDSU women scored a 93-58 exhibition win over Minnesota State Moorhead a week ago. The men are playing their only tuneup before their season opener.

The two teams officially begin their schedule with a twinbill Nov. 10 in Brookings as the women face NJIT and the men take on UC Irvine.
