The State of South Dakota has been strongly pushing a workforce development program over the last couple of years to encourage people to look at careers in technical and industrial fields. That was in response to a number of businesses looking for qualified workers. Governor Dennis Daugaard says he wants to revisit the issue, possibly next spring.
