Supporters of wind power in South Dakota are working on public education.
Several projects have been slowed down in recent weeks in Bon Homme, Charles Mix and Lincoln Counties due to local opposition.

South Dakota is now number three in the country with just over twenty six percent of power now produced by the wind.
