South Dakota voters may have another chance to decide on a political, anti-corruption ballot measure next year.
The South Dakota Voter Protection and Anti-Corruption Amendment was filed with the Legislative Research Council this week.
Doug Kronaizl with the group “Represent South Dakota” says this comes after a series of public meetings…..

IM22, which was approved by voters last November, was repealed by this year’s legislative session, and replaced with a series of reform bills.
Kronaizl says the new amendment has some parts of IM22 in it….

Kronaizl says the measure also have voter protections…

Backers have to submit about twenty eight thousand signatures to the Secretary of State’s office by November sixth.
