SD Voters Approve Adding Marsy’s Law to the Constitution

South Dakota voters approved Constitutional Amendment “S”, or Marsy’s Law in this week’s election.

The change would force law enforcement to include crime victims in any notification related to the perpetrator.

Jason Glodt (gloat) headed up the push for the Amendment….

Glodt says he expects the process to begin very soon…..

Glodt says the Amendment should coordinate with the new SAVIN notification system being implemented by the Attorney General….

The Amendment passed with almost sixty percent approval.
