The first month of the new fiscal year brought mixed results for the State of South Dakota.
Sales and use taxes were just over three million dollars over budget estimates.

Actual July taxes totaled just over one hundred sixty five million dollars, about one hundred twenty thousand dollars over legislative estimates.
