The question of Medicaid expansion may get some answers next week. South Dakota legislators and administration officials have been meeting with federal authorities in hopes of working out a plan involving the Indian Health Service.
Senate minority leader Billie Sutton of Burke says they have a wide range of people in on the negotiations….
