SD Special Investigative Committee Sets Meetings

The South Dakota House will return to Pierre on April 12th to possibly decide on the impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

The House Select Committee on Investigation met in executive session Thursday night to decide on their next steps.

Committee Chairman, House Speaker Spencer Gosch of Glenham said they will next meet when lawmakers return for veto day on March 28th….

Gosch says the full House will get their report before they come back to Pierre in April….

Gosch says the committee will decide the question of impeachment during their March 28th meeting.

Ravnsborg is facing impeachment due to his actions following the crash that killed Joe Boever west of Highmore in September of 2020.
