President Trump said last week he may issue an executive order to do away with birthright citizenship. That section is part of the 14th Amendment.

Rounds says if changes are needed, it has to be other than challenging the constitution…

Rounds says the best option is for Congress to reform existing immigration laws…

The President has said he has legal advice that would allow him to make those changes. No time line was set on when such an executive order would be issued.
