South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds has been critical of the Corps of Engineers, and their management of flood control on the Missouri River.
He says his office will release a report on the current operations……
Rounds says their daily report will be pretty basic……
Massive flooding along the river in 2011 caused hundreds of millions of dollars in damage from North Dakota to Missouri.
Rounds says he thinks the Corps needs more oversight……
Rounds says he has asked for a meeting with the senior management of the Corps to get answers to his questions.
