SD Senator Mike Rounds; Debt Ceiling Vote Difficult

An emergency funding bill coupled with an increase in the federal debt ceiling has been approved by Congress.
The Senate passed the fifteen-billion-dollar measure, after President Trump reached agreement with Congressional democrats.
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says they tried to make the best of a bad deal….

Rounds says he is not happy with the way the bill came through the Senate….

Rounds says they still want to go back to a normal order of debating budget and spending bills…..

The bill, approved by the House on Friday, extends the debt limit and federal spending through mid December.
