South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says Senate legislation to replace the Affordable Care Act is on track, despite a report from the Congressional Budget Office that the new bill could drop twenty-three million people from insurance coverage over the next ten years.
Rounds says the CBO doesn’t have a great track record…..

Rounds says it is one of a number of factors they consider…..

Rounds says the CBO also has not done any estimates of what would happen without any reform…..

Rounds says they are looking for a transition program so people don’t lose their coverage in the process.
