Senate republicans have given up on their latest attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and will not take a vote on the Cassidy-Graham proposal.

Rounds says they expect insurance costs under the Affordable Care Act to continue to rise……
Rounds says he has been working with a bi-partisan group of Senators to find some middle ground on at least stabilizing the insurance markets….
Rounds says so far, those efforts have also been unsuccessful.
