SD Senator John Thune; Tax Reform Depends on Health Care Reform

Senate republicans had hopes of completing health care reform, then moving on to tax reform this summer. It appears unlikely that any of that may happen at all this year. The health care reform has been stalled after a number of Senators said they couldn’t support any version of the bill. A vote on repeal of the Affordable Care Act is scheduled this week.
