The Senate Select Committee on Discipline and Expulsion of the South Dakota legislature has been meeting to decide on a complaint filed against Senator Julie Frye-Mueller of Rapid City.

The motion passed on a voice vote. The Committee will meet again today to formally pass the resolution and send it on to the full Senate.
A complaint was filed by an LRC staff person about comments made by Frye-Mueller.
