The South Dakota Senate Judiciary Committee debated, and passed a bill Tuesday that would remove a number of restrictions on the concealed carry of handguns.

Senator Craig Kennedy of Yankton, says he opposes the bill due to his experiences as a state’s attorney, and input from law enforcement…..
The bill passed on a five to two vote, and now moves to the Senate floor.
