SD Representatives Prepare for Impeachment Session

When the South Dakota House convenes on Tuesday to consider the impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg, the recommendation of the Select Committee on Investigation to not impeach will be first on the floor.
Representative Mike Stevens of Yankton, a member of the select committee, says he expects other legislative moves….

Stevens says all House members have received all the investigation files…

Stevens, a republican, who voted for the committee recommendation, says he did not see evidence that rose to the level of impeachment….

It will take thirty six votes of the seventy member House to approve an article of impeachment.
