Ring says the states tax structure is very regressive….

The legislature had major tax fights in the last two sessions, one over expanding the gas tax, the other, last year increasing the sales tax for teacher pay.
Ring says he doesn’t think there is much desire for another tax debate…….

Ring says he would like to see the state do a comprehensive tax study.
