During their meeting last week, the South Dakota Board of Regents approved a number of building projects on the university campuses.
Typically, a new building is built with private funds, but the maintenance and repair is paid with state dollars.
Regents President Bob Sutton says they are getting over extended……

Regents Vice President Kevin Schieffer says they need a new look at the funding formula…..

Schieffer says they can’t make decisions on new buildings until they get more information…..

The Regents will make final decisions on the building projects at their December meeting.
