After a couple rounds of public discussion, the South Dakota State Railroad Board has set their priorities for the year.
Board Chairman Todd Yeaton of Kimball says a bridge over the Big Sioux River in southeast South Dakota will get the majority of their funding this year…..

Yeaton says they still have to decide how to finance the project…..

Yeaton says they set priorities based on critical need………

Yeaton says they also have other projects on their wish list, including extending service on the MRC line further west, possibly to Presho.
