SD PUC Watching Pipeline Leak Clean Up

The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has taken a “hands off” approach to that oil spill that occurred near Freeman in early April.
The Keystone pipeline sprang a leak resulting in the spill of about 17,000 gallons of crude oil.
