The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission will have two major pipeline hearings this summer.

First up is the Navigator pipeline application.

Fiegen will recuse herself from the Summit Carbon Solutions hearings in September because the pipe crosses some of her family’s land. State Treasurer Josh Haeder has been appointed to sit in on that case.
