The Federal Communications Commission voted last month to roll back so called “net neutrality” rules that govern access to the internet.
Opponents to the rollback are concerned that internet service providers could limit access to the net.

There are some bi-partisan proposals in Congress that would set internet access rules in law, but those bills have not made much progress.
