The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission delayed a decision on the possible suspension of the grain buyer license of Utica Grain until their next meeting on September fourth.

Company owner Ralph Marquardt says he will do whatever it takes to meet the expectations and rules of the PUC…

At a special meeting held on Friday, Commissioner Chris Nelson says he would vote to shut down the company in their current condition….

Nelson said the company needs to provide accurate financial information and inject cash into the company to keep it solvent, before August thirty first.
