South Dakota Lieutenant Governor Matt Michels will be attending the national convention of Lieutenant Governors this week in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Michels says he agreed to work with a presentation on the issues with the water supply in Flint Michigan

Michels says the Flint water crisis is a good reminder of the importance of keeping up infrastructure

Michels says the state made changes for water funding a number of years ago to allow local governments to make the necessary updates

The revolving loan fund is handled through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
