Legislators are putting more bills into the system ahead of next weeks opening of the South Dakota legislative session.
Senator Art Rusch of Vermillion says he wants to see some change made to a previous juvenile justice bill…..

Rusch says he also is supporting a budget bill that would freeze tuition for another year at state universities…..

Rusch says he is also getting some interest into a bill dealing with wine production and sales….

Rusch is a retired circuit judge, and will be one of two lawyers in the state Senate this year.
