South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has held several conference calls with legislators, updating them on the coronavirus pandemic and the states response.

Senator Craig Kennedy of Yankton says in their last call, Noem said there may not be the need for a special session to fix the budget….

A possible special session could be held this summer, after more months of tax revenue reports are received.
