South Dakota legislators will return to Pierre next week for the final five days of the main run of the 2018 session.

While there are still bills awaiting final action, most attention will be focused on the 2019 budget.

Senator Jason Frerichs of Wilmot says they may be able to find some extra money for their three priority areas……

The Governor had proposed a virtually flat budget in his December message.
