During Monday’s special session, democratic legislators attempted to amend the spending resolution to move more money to COVID-19 testing and tracing.

The amendment failed on a vote of thirteen to fifty-seven.
Cwach later voted against the overall spending bill.
Legislators approved a resolution allowing the Governor to spend almost six hundred million dollars in federal CARES Act funding.
