The Payment Methodologies for Medicaid Providers Study Committee of the South Dakota legislature meets again Tuesday.

The committee is looking at revenue issues faced by health care providers that treat Medicaid patients.

Committee Chair, Representative Jean Hunhoff of Yankton, says paying staff working at those providers has been targeted…..

Hunhoff says any additional revenue for those providers has to be from a steady source…..

Hunhoff says they have talked about some addition fees….

Hunhoff says they will have one more meeting in October to write legislation for the 2017 session.
