A council dedicated to overseeing juvenile justice reform may have some changes for the 2020 legislature to consider.
The “Juvenile Justice Public Safety Improvement Act Oversight Council” was formed as part of the reform package passed several years ago and met this week in Sioux Falls.

The council will hold another meeting next month to finalize any legislative proposals.
