Members of the legislatures Select Committee on Investigation are promising action when they return to Pierre later this month. The group is deciding on the possible impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

Committee member, Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton, says they were working double duty during the session….

Cwach says they will release their report to House members on March 28th….

Cwach says the resolution should be up for debate on the House floor during the special session on April 12th…..

If the House vote to impeach Ravnsborg, the Senate would convene twenty days later to hold a trial.
