The new Administrator of the Human Services Center in Yankton says patients are receiving quality care from dedicated employees.
Troy Jones joined the staff in early May…..

A series of stories has highlighted problems with care, and injuries employees have sustained in working with challenging patients.
Jones says he hears a different story from the employees he has talked to…..

Jones has spent time in the wards, on all shifts to see and hear what employees are dealing with.
Jones says he is working to clarify all the injury information…..

Jones says much of what has been reported is raw data, and doesn’t reflect what is really happening at the state psychiatric hospital.
