South Dakota Housing is accepting applications for funding projects from the Housing Opportunity Fund program.

Polak says most of the money is available outside urban areas….

Polak says the legislature renews the funding each year…

This is NOT from the two hundred million dollars housing infrastructure bill passed by the legislature this year.
Polak says they will be taking public comments on that program soon and hope to start awarding funding in July.
