South Dakota lawmakers are back in Pierre Monday, dealing with several vetoed bills.
One of the first up in the House was HB1156, which would allow the concealed carry of hand guns in the capitol building by those with an enhanced pistol permit.

Representative Craig Tiezen of Rapid City says even those with enhanced permits don’t have the necessary training……
The bill received forty-two yes votes, but twenty seven no. The override did not reach the two thirds majority needed for passage.
