The House Select Committee on Investigation is moving to the public phase of the possible impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.
Committee member, Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton, says the process is more than just criminal law….
Cwach says they plan to give a report to the full House….
Cwach says the committee could come up with several options….
The committee will hold public hearings Tuesday and Wednesday. Cwach says he isn’t sure they will finish and have a recommendation before the end of the regular session in March.
