The Select Committee on Investigation is scheduled to meet again Thursday to possibly approve a report on the impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

That is now overshadowed by a letter from Department of Public Safety Secretary Craig Price saying Ravnsborg was untruthful during the investigation and urging the committee to move on impeachment. Committee Chair, House Speaker Spencer Gosch has called that “interference.”

Committee member, Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton, says they have gathered all the information available….

Cwach says they won’t make a recommendation at their meeting today….

Cwach says he has also not made a decision about impeachment….

Most of the meeting today is scheduled to be in executive session.
